What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support children with additional needs in the classroom. This could mean:
* Working 1:1 with a pupil who needs extra help
* Supporting small groups during lessons
* Helping children stay focused and calm
* Encouraging confidence and independence
* Supporting social and emotional development
You are not expected to know everything. You will be guided by teachers and school staff.
