This is an excellent opportunity for a strong operational leader to join a growing business delivering a range of complex public sector schemes, including education and custodial projects valued up to £60m. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, supporting Project Managers, driving programme performance, maintaining quality standards and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. The Role Oversee several projects across the region. Provide leadership, support and mentorship to Project Managers and site teams. Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget and quality expectations. Drive health & safety performance across all sites. Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement solutions. Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
