The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across key sectors. This role requires a proactive, technically-minded individual with a passion for industrial solutions and a strong commercial acumen.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target industries.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
* Provide technical advice and product recommendations tailored to customer needs.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
* Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies.
* Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings (UK and international travel may be required).
