The Role This is an exciting opportunity to work at the cutting edge of financial technology, where no two days are the same. You will provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to senior stakeholders, helping them stay on top of their schedules and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Diary management and meeting coordination across multiple time zones
Inbox management and drafting correspondence
Booking travel, accommodation, and preparing detailed itineraries
Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting packs
Processing expenses and maintaining records
Supporting ad hoc projects and events as required
The Ideal Candidate:-
1-2 years' experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within finance, tech, or a corporate environment
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Professional, polished, and discreet – a true team player with a can-do attitude
Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills
