Responsibilities & Qualifications

* Partner closely with Executive and Sales Leadership to understand evolving business needs, identify capability gaps, and deliver targeted enablement programs that drive measurable impact.
* Lead strategic sales enablement initiatives across the sales organisation.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to develop high-quality content, onboarding experiences, and training programs that accelerate performance.
* Design and deliver a scalable Sales Enablement Strategy that supports Civica's GTM transformation across all verticals, ensuring consistency, agility, and commercial alignment.
* Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
* Experience designing and executing enablement strategies aligned to Go-To-Market (GTM) transformation.
* Ability to build and scale enablement programs that support cross-sell, pipeline generation, and solution-based selling.
* Track record of delivering measurable impact through targeted learning initiatives.
* Adept at partnering with Executive and Sales Leadership to align enablement with business priorities.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Strategy, and People teams.
* Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable learning experiences.
* Experience building structured learning pathways and academies to support sales capability development.
* Focus on driving behavioural change and long-term sales effectiveness.
* Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving SaaS environments.
* Ability to lead through change, influence stakeholders, and embed new ways of working.
