Join Thales UK as a 2026 Engineering Graduate. Thales is a global technology leader in aerospace, defence, security, and space. The Graduate Programme offers a 3‑year learning pathway with mentorship, work on live projects, and the opportunity to rotate to different business units in Year 3.
Responsibilities
* Work on exciting projects within Thales UK business units.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop solutions.
* Participate in structured mentorship programmes.
* Rotate into six months in other business units during Year 3 to experience the full engineering lifecycle.
Qualifications
Applicants must be on track to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in a STEM subject such as Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Good communication and teamwork abilities.
* Demonstrated interest in engineering and leadership.

Application Process & Security
Applications close 11 January 2026 at 11.59 pm (applications may close earlier). The role requires permanent right to work in the UK and a Security Clearance (SC) at BPSS level. Successful candidates will provide evidence and obtain full clearance prior to starting.
Assessment centres will be held between February and May 2026. Induction week for all graduates is 07 September – 11 September 2026.
