We’re looking for a Client Accounts Administrator to join our busy and friendly team in Chelmsford. About the Role As a Client Accounts Administrator, you’ll provide comprehensive administrative support to the Client Accounts team. You’ll work closely with Investment Managers, front office staff, and operational colleagues to ensure the accurate and timely processing of client transactions, while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and client service. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Investment Managers and front office teams to support client needs Process client payments and receipts (CHAPS, BACS, international transfers, standing orders, dividends, etc.) Accurately input data into internal systems Monitor and analyse automated reports and processes Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and financial crime standards Liaise with banks regarding client transactions and account maintenance Monitor and respond to queries in the team’s shared mailbox Assist with internal transfers, ISA subscriptions, and interest payments Support the calculation and processing of third-party payments Provide assistance with client payment queries About You Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience in financial services or wealth management administration Understanding of payment methods and banking processes Familiarity with GIA, ISA, and SIPP products Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent attention to detail and a quality-focused approach Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment Confident communicator with a proactive, client-focused attitude Why Join Us?
