Full job description
To lead and develop the club’s brand new U15 team, providing a competitive and developmental environment that bridges youth progression and creating a path for our youth players.
Club has its own training/playing facilities, club house and a Veo camera is available to record and analyse matches.
Duties
* Plan and deliver a weekly training session focused on individual and team development
* Prepare the team for weekly competitive fixtures.
* Provide feedback and analysis to support player improvement
* Collaborate with the club Head coach and club´s coaching team to align player progression pathways
Qualifications
* Previous coaching experience with youth teams (preferred)
* FA Level 1 (minimum) or equivalent coaching qualification
* Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
* Committed to the club’s values of player development and community engagement
