The Role
Integrate Engineering Resources are recruiting for a QA Manager for a permanent position on behalf of our client, to support a major refinery shutdown in Southampton. The role will involve:
* Managing all aspects of quality, including supervising quality personnel
* Overseeing the preparation and implementation of the project quality plan, ITPs processes and procedures
* Ensuring welding is compliant with the requirements of ISO 3834-2
* Acting as primary liaison to client on all quality related issues
* Being responsible for ensuring sufficient training is conducted for project personnel on the company Quality management system and project specific procedures.
* Leading the company nuclear safety culture within the project, promote the company core values and engage in the efficient development of project documentation and ensure timely completions.
Requirements
* HNC/HND, CSWIP 3.2 or Equivalent Personnel Certification in Non-Destructive Testing
* IOSH Leading Safety preferred or alternative
* Lead Auditor Accredited
* 5 years previous relative experience within the Oil, Gas, Power or Nuclear Industry
* Excellent communication, teamwork, problem solving and organisation skills
* Must be eligible to work in the U.K and subject to approval of the DBS Security Clearance (Disclosure & Barring Service Check).
