Senior / Associate Quantity Surveyor
An award winning, property and construction consultancy is seeking a Senior / Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Winchester. Their cost management team provide a comprehensive range of services from cost planning and procurement through to post contract and employers agent services, to support clients through the whole project life cycle, working on a wide variety of projects across a range of sectors.
Role & Responsibilities
* Feasibility and cost planning
* Procurement advice
* Tender documentation
* Post contract services
* Client facing, ensuring high standard of technical delivery
Skills & Experience
* Ideally MRICS Qualified
* Ability to use your own initiative
* Confidence and excellent communication skills
* Commercial awareness
* Willingness to coach and mentor junior staff
* Leadership skills to drive projects to a successful conclusion
