My client, a market leader within their industry, are currently seeking a professional and personable Customer Service Assistant to join them on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for someone who is looking for an administrative role where they can assist with inbound and outbound calls.
Responsibilities
Assist with logging leads from the website
Booking tours for potential clients
Coordinate meeting rooms, events, and catering
Answer phones and respond to customer enquiries
Providing general administrative support
Skills
Friendly, polished communicator with strong organisational skills
Confident with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems.
Calm under pressure, proactive, and a genuine team player
Friendly, polite, and organised
Previous experience is helpful but not essential
