We have a vacancy for a Midday Supervisory Assistant. The job is for term-time only, working from 11.45 -1.15pm. We have a strong supportive team who support the children to have a positive lunchtime experience. We are looking for someone who is cheerful and happy to support children in their play while on the playground. Our MSA's promote cooperative, safe play, supporting pupils to navigate friendships and regulate. When in the dinning hall you will be helping to promote good table manners, conversation and respectful behaviour. You need to be physically fit to help clean tables and set up and clear away our dinning room. You must have good spoken and written English, be able to work as part of a team and be flexible. Our MSA's are expected to complete safeguarding training and paediatric or basic first aid training. This would be to start as soon as satisfactory paperwork has been completed and checks have been made. The school follows a safer recruitment policy and appointments are subject to satisfactory references and completion of other safeguarding checks, including DBS.
