This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, people-focused leader with a passion for operational excellence and outstanding client care. You’ll take on a pivotal role across multiple practices, leading day-to-day operations, supporting clinical teams, and driving growth through engaged leadership and efficient practice management. As a Practice Manager, you will shape the success of each practice under your remit. You’ll create a positive and high-performing environment for colleagues, ensure exceptional client experiences, and work closely with senior leadership to deliver strong commercial results and sustainable growth. This is a full-time, multi-site position requiring flexibility and a hands-on approach. Key Accountabilities: Deliver outstanding client care and continuously enhance service standards through feedback, action, and follow-up. Partner with the Lead Vet and Regional Operations Director to maximise commercial performance - managing key performance indicators including utilisation, costs, and profitability. Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and operational standards; lead internal audits and champion best practice across the business. Plan and manage staff rotas to ensure optimum service coverage and effective use of clinical resources. Drive engagement, retention, and performance through effective recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing coaching and communication. Promote the practice externally, representing the brand at local events and within the community. Skills and Experience: Proven experience managing operations within a veterinary, medical, or dental practice (or other healthcare environment). Strong understanding of client experience and its impact on practice reputation and success. Sound knowledge of compliance, regulation, and process management. Commercially astute with experience in financial management, marketing, and efficiency improvement. Skilled in workforce and resource planning across multiple sites. Inspirational people leader - able to coach, influence, and develop teams to achieve their potential. Strong numeracy, analytical ability, and organisational skills.
