An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Contract Manager to join a well-established, successful contractor in the North West area.
Role Overview
The role is a hybrid position, involving working from the office and attending sites to ensure work is completed within deadlines. The role also includes quoting for new works and generating sales leads.
The company is a respected contractor that is growing and investing heavily in business development, offering excellent progression opportunities and a bonus scheme related to sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage all hard services provisions across multiple sites, overseeing engineers and subcontractors.
2. Manage client service delivery and contract KPIs across various locations.
3. Be accountable for the financial performance of contracts.
4. Quote for new works as needed.
5. Develop meaningful and sustainable client relationships.
6. Coordinate with operational and support teams to ensure timely completion and proper recording of works within the asset management system.
7. Manage subcontractors and negotiate rates.
8. Drive contract profitability and manage P+L.
9. Generate sales and cost-saving initiatives.
10. Meet regularly with clients to understand their needs and organization.
11. Contribute to advancing HVAC services in the North West.
Candidate Requirements
* Essential technical background in HVAC.
* Experience with CAFM systems and managing KPIs.
* Ability to generate leads and quote for future projects.
Salary and Benefits
Basic salary circa £50,000, plus:
