Job Title: Contact Centre Advisor
Location: St Philip's, Bristol
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (weekly pay)
Contract Details: Temp to Perm, Full-Time (40 hours/week) with occasional Saturdays paid at overtime
Meaning you'll work as a temp for 12 weeks prior to being taken on permanently by the employer after a successful 12 weeks dependant on performance.

Responsibilities
* Handle incoming calls for job bookings, quotations, and queries, ensuring service excellence.
* Follow up with customers to confirm bookings and arrange appointments.
* Manage incoming emails with prompt responses.
* Collaborate with Branch Managers on booking changes.
* Keep accurate job notes and system records.
* Ensure compliance with procedures and data security.
