Elevation Recruitment Group’s Supply Chain division is exclusively supporting a leading international manufacturing organisation in the appointment of a Customer Supply Chain Manager.
This is a confidential opportunity to join a well-established, international business, reporting directly to the Sales Director (UK) and managing a team of Internal Sales Account Executives, this role will lead sales administration, business process compliance, and system governance to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and maintain demand data for financial forecasts, long-range planning (LRP) and budgets
* Ensure accurate forecast management within the sales environment
* Provide effective sales administration to maximise internal and external confidence
* Identify and resolve issues impacting customer requirements
* Produce internal reporting and business information for stakeholders at various levels
* Create, maintain and improve procedures within the sales administration function to ensure ISO and SOX compliance
* Manage and monitor SAP processes including customer master data, blocked orders, failed invoicing and transition issues
* Support sales projects at both customer and Group level
* Lead, develop and engage a team of Internal Sales Account Executives
* Foster a high-performing, customer-focused team environment
About You
* Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes, ISO procedures, audit standards and SOX compliance
* Highly proficient SAP user
* Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office capability
* Strong people management and leadership skills
* Analytical, solutions-focused mindset
* Confident communicator with an engaging presentation style
* Results-driven with strong organisational commitment
