Job Title: Room Leader
Location – 250 City Road, Islington, EC1B 2AB
Salary starting from £31,000

The Role:
Our Room Leaders play a critical role in the successful operation of our world‑class nursery. This role will be focussed on providing the very best care for our children and our colleagues.

What you’ll need to succeed?
* Passion and dedication to providing world class care to children
* To hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 3 or above
* Prior experience of looking after children from 3 months to 5 years
* Strong communication skills and a team player
What you will be asked to do:
* Responsibility for the day-to-day management of your own room encouraging good practice and being a good role model
* Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their wellbeing at the centre of focus
* Promote positive working relationships with the parents and colleagues within your room
* Responsibility for supporting your colleagues in ensuring that they are completing planning, milestones and observations to the highest standards
* Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework
* Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
