I currently have a Chef De Partie position available in the Highlands for a suitable candidate open to relocating to a beautiful part of Scotland. This small boutique luxury 5 star property operates with very high service levels and we are looking for a Chef who can help deliver with the Head Chef and Sous on the excellent Fine Dining food operation. The Sous is mainly focused on Dinner service with a strong focus on the Evening operation with lunch generally only a consideration for Sunday lunches.. You will be working very closely with the Head Chef and as part of a small team, you will require previous experience in luxury 4 or 5 Star environment or other high end kitchens - strong communication and organisational skills are required. This role comes with an excellent holiday package and is commutable from a large accommodation catchment area. Basic salary is up to 33k + Gratuities. Transport is a must due to location.
