Your Role
* Own and shape the product vision, ensuring the client receives high‑impact and value from each iteration by translating user needs, business value and delivery feasibility into actionable priorities.
* Identify opportunities for emerging technologies such as AI and generative AI to solve real user problems and transform organisations.
* Understand business needs, technology constraints and strategic priorities, and own the backlog to reflect user needs, business value and delivery feasibility.
* Serve as the key client‑facing presence in the agile squad, communicating clearly at sprint reviews and supporting BAs or Service Designers when required.
* Lead agile events—sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives—to ensure clear communication and effective teamwork.
* Lead rapid experimentation, proof of concept and pilot activities, validating assumptions and iterating based on user feedback, data and measurable outcomes.
Your Profile
* Significant experience in user‑centred product or service development, preferably in complex digital transformation environments.
* Experience shaping or delivering AI‑enabled products, services or propositions.
* Understanding of AI technologies and delivery considerations, including generative AI, large‑language models, data requirements and integration into enterprise environments.
* Experience leading discovery, experimentation, proof of concept or pilot activities to validate AI‑enabled product ideas before scaling delivery.
* Ideally, experience with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and design principles.
* Vast knowledge of agile delivery and experience leading teams through discovery, alpha, beta, live service or equivalent phases.
* A passion for collaborating with cross‑functional business and technology teams to deliver business outcomes.
* The ability to set business priorities and work with analysts to ensure requirements are understood, defined and built.
* Awareness of responsible AI considerations and a clear viewpoint on how AI can deliver genuine user value and measurable ROI.
* Experience building and delivering propositions.
