We are a well‑established UK manufacturer and distributor of high‑quality plastic containers and handling equipment, serving sectors such as food production, logistics and manufacturing. We seek a dynamic Sales Manager to lead new business development, nurture key client relationships and drive national sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a national sales strategy targeting mid‑to‑large scale industrial clients.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts while identifying and converting new opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (operations, marketing and product development) to tailor solutions to client needs.
* Represent the business at trade shows, client meetings and industry events across the UK.
* Produce sales forecasts, track performance against KPIs and report to senior leadership.
Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within industrial products, packaging, materials handling or a similar sector.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate at all levels.
* Excellent relationship‑building skills and a track record of managing key accounts.
* Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable with autonomy.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
