We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a leading main contractor on a high-profile fit out project in Otley, Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity to secure immediate work with a well-established contractor delivering quality commercial interiors.
The Role:
*
Overseeing day-to-day site operations on a fast-paced fit out contract
*
Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
*
Maintaining high standards of health & safety compliance
*
Coordinating trades and reporting progress to the Site Manager/Project Manager
*
Ensuring quality control and snag-free delivery
Requirements:
*
Proven experience supervising commercial fit out projects
*
Valid SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid (preferred)
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Ability to drive programme and maintain productivity on site
*
Available to start immediately
