Guildmore are seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support the project team on a short-term basis at their Blackwall Lane site. The role will involve providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the site office.
This position would suit a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and previous experience working in a construction or site-based environment.
Key Responsibilities

Providing general administrative support to the site and project team

Managing paperwork, filing, and document control
*
Handling site records, sign-in sheets, permits, and correspondence
*
Answering calls and emails, liaising with internal teams and subcontractors
*
Supporting meeting coordination, minutes, and site documentation
*
Assisting with data entry and updating spreadsheets and trackers
*
Maintaining a tidy and organised site office
Requirements
*
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
*
Construction or site-based experience is advantageous
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
*
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
*
Available to start immediately or at short notice
