Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring for a committed and reliable Temporary Transport Administrator to work for a company in Banbury to start
Role: Transport Administrator (temporary)
Salary: £14.00 per hour
Location: Banbury
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities of the Temporary Transport Admin
1. Providing accurate ETAs to customers and driver
2. Booking and processing orders in a timely manner
3. Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries professionally
4. Updating and maintaining spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy
5. Supporting the transport team with day-to-day administration
About you:
6. Previous Administration and Customer Service experience is essential, and Transport Admin experience is desirable.
7. Strong Excel skills with confidence in updating and managing spreadsheets
8. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
9. Previous experience in a transport or logistics admin role is desirable but not essential
10. Ability to work well under pressure and manage deadlines
