In this varied role, you will support a wide range of finance functions, including purchase ledger, petty cash management, expenses processing, and occasional assistance with payroll processing when required. Key Responsibilities Uploading monthly sales invoices to the finance system Chasing outstanding debts and invoices Preparing monthly occupancy reports for the Senior Leadership Team Producing monthly reconciliation reports Processing payment requests from suppliers Creating and maintaining supplier accounts Completing weekly cash transfers to our children’s homes Skills & Knowledge Strong literacy and numeracy skills Confident in advanced Excel Accuracy and attention to detail are essential Professional Attributes We are looking for someone who is: Confidential, organised, flexible, and professional An excellent team player with strong communication skills Able to multi-task, prioritise effectively, and remain calm under pressure Positive, reliable, resilient, and brings a good sense of humour to the role You will need to be highly accurate, self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role is required.
