We are looking for a support worker to work in a team which delivers support to adults with learning disabilities, communication difficulties, personal care and complex needs.
Candidates should be able to work as part of a team or under their own initiative. Candidates require excellent communication skills and confidence in their ability.
Candidates must be willing and able to undertake training to SVQ Level 3, alongside all other training required for service delivery.
The Isobel Rhind Centre is open Monday – Friday, 8.45 am – 4.15pm, although successful candidates may be required to be available for flexible shift patterns which include minimal working outwith these core hours.
Although the role is primarily based in the Isobel Rhind Centre, you may also be required to lone work in community based settings or as part of a small team.
