ROLE: Warranty Administrator
LOCATION: Slough
SALARY: 32k plus benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00
Flame Recruitment is looking for a Warranty Administrator role to work for our clients main dealership, looking after the warranty in 2 branches.
Responsibilities for this Warranty Administrator role:
* Complete warranty claims, using correct details supplied on the job card within manufacturer timescales
* To complete retail invoices to customer accounts ensuring their processes are followed
* Process claims and invoices for other branches
* Deal with any invoice queries efficiently and timely and respond back to the accounts team with a full update
* Maintain accurate vehicle history and service records in line with customer requirements and operator licence standards & manufacturers guidelines
* Maintain invoice filing by job number
* Attend any training course as deemed necessary
To be considered for our Warranty Administrator vacancy, you must:
* Have an understanding of vehicle warranty
* Have experience of processing Manufacturer Warranty Claims
* Have experience of processing claims
