PwC Consulting is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Operations Transformation efforts in the London Insurance Market. This role focuses on strategic claims management and driving large-scale operational changes.
Operations Transformation consulting, which has grown significantly over the last 5 years, has been identified as a critical ‘Go To Market’ proposition for future growth in PwC Consulting. We are looking for candidates who have a strong consulting skillset, with experience in transforming operations within the Insurance industry.
We have established a vision for our Operations Transformation practise to be a market leader and we will deliver on that through winning and executing iconic projects and delivering industry specific solutions in: cost transformation and process excellence, productivity and capacity creation in people, process & technology, intelligent operations (automation, workflow orchestration, advanced analytics and GenAI), as well as accelerated digital process transformation.

3. Focus: Leading strategic transformation projects and enhancing claims operations
What your days will look like:
4. Strategic Leadership: Oversee large-scale transformation projects, focusing on strategic claims management.
5. Client Leadership: Cultivate and manage senior client relationships, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
6. Business Development: Drive business growth by developing proposals and identifying new opportunities.
7. Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry thought leadership and enhance our consulting methodologies.
8. Team Development: Mentor junior team members and lead recruitment efforts to build a strong consulting team.
This role is for you if:
9. You have extensive Insurance Experience: Deep expertise in operational transformation within the insurance sector, with a focus on claims.
10. London Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the London Market’s systems, stakeholders, and claims functions.
11. Technical Claims Leadership: Extensive experience in technical claims handling and strategic process improvement.
12. Consulting Excellence: Strong track record in delivering complex transformations and managing senior client relationships.
13. Industry Influence: Established network within the London Market and a reputation for thought leadership in claims management.
