We're looking for a Field Sales Specialist to join our growing team, covering a wide and exciting territory across the South of the UK.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to represent a trusted name in the industry, with the autonomy to manage your own region and the support of a dedicated internal team behind you.\n\nWhat We're Looking For:\n\nProven experience in PPE or workwear sales (preferably B2B)\n\nStrong knowledge of industry standards, compliance, and certification requirements\n\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills\n\nExperience using CRM systems\n\nA proactive, team-oriented approach\n\nFull UK driving licence (role requires regular travel)\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\n\nSales & Client Engagement\n\nIdentify customer needs and recommend tailored PPE and workwear solutions\n\nBuild strong, lasting relationships with B2B clients\n\nHandle incoming enquiries, resolve issues, and convert opportunities into sales\n\nProduct Expertise\n\nStay up to date with product knowledge, compliance standards, and certifications\n\nKeep informed on industry developments, innovations, and regulations\n\nSupport procurement by identifying and sourcing new, compliant product lines\n\nRelationship Building\n\nRepresent our brand at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings\n\nDevelop and maintain key supplier relationships to broaden product offerings\n\nCompliance & Certification\n\nEnsure all products meet UK/EU health and safety standards\n\nProvide accurate certification and technical documentation to clients\n\nInternal Collaboration\n\nWork alongside marketing, procurement, and customer service teams\n\nContribute to internal training and knowledge sharing initiatives\n\nWhat You'll Get:\n\n£35k-£45k base salary (DOE)\n\nUncapped commission structure\n\nCar allowance\n\nEnhanced annual leave\n\nOngoing training and development\n\nCareer progression opportunities\n\nBeing part of an established, respected, and growing business\n\nBlue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people
