We're seeking an experienced people leader with a strong technical background to join our client's Service Division as a Regional Operations Manager.
This role is ideal for someone who has progressed from a hands‑on engineering or technical role into managing and developing field‑based teams, ideally within hospitality, building services, or fixtures/fittings environments.
The Role
Covering South London & the South East, you'll lead a team of Installation & Service Technicians, driving service performance, team development, and operational standards across your region.
This is a field‑based role involving regular site visits and hands‑on leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach, and develop a mobile team of technicians
* Drive regional performance and service delivery
* Conduct 1:1s, reviews, and on‑site support
* Manage performance, training, and development
* Ensure high standards of customer service and quality
About You
* Background in field service/engineering (5+ years hands‑on)
* Experience managing remote or field‑based teams
* Strong leadership and coaching skills
* Experience in hospitality, building services, or similar
* Solid technical knowledge (electrical/mechanical preferred)
