Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP) Review Coordinator

Salary: £27,976 pro‑rata per annum
Role Description
Coordinating the process of reviewing and maintaining records for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including those with Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs). This involves working closely with students, their families, curriculum colleagues and external agencies as prescribed by the SEND Code of Practice.
Working alongside Centre managers to ensure the needs of students with SEND – including those with EHCPs – are being met and that they are successfully progressing towards their outcomes.
What we are looking for
We are looking for a suitably qualified and highly motivated individual with up‑to‑date knowledge of the revised SEND Code of Practice and associated EHCP/funding, and experience working with students with learning disabilities, learning difficulties, complex and physical needs.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required to relate to and support the students’ journey.
