Stock Controller / Counterbalance FLT Driver

Location: Chesterfield – Sheepsbridge AreaPay Rate: £15.00 - £16.00 per hourHours: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 6:00pmTemporary to Permanent Opportunity

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Stock Controller with a valid Counterbalance FLT licence on behalf of a growing manufacturing and distribution business based in the Sheepsbridge area of Chesterfield.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who is confident managing stock, working with ERP systems, and operating within a busy warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out daily and weekly stock counts
• Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory control
• Using ERP systems to manage stock movements and transactions
• Goods in and despatch duties
• Loading and unloading deliveries using Counterbalance FLT
• Working with high-level racking safely and efficiently
• Investigating stock discrepancies and supporting continuous improvement
• Ensuring warehouse standards and health & safety procedures are maintained

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous experience within a stock control or warehouse role
• Experience using ERP or stock management systems
• Good computer literacy and confidence using warehouse systems
• Experience working with high-level racking
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Reliable with a proactive attitude towards work
