Poole

Up to £35,000 + Progression + In-house Training + Company Van + Fuel Card + Company Bonus + Overtime

In this role the successful candidate would be Installing, repairing and maintaining HVAC systems and also have the opportunity to upskill and develop their career through on-the-job training and clearly laid out progression plans.

This role would suit an ambitious Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or similar who is keen to develop their skills and progress within a fast-growing company where they heavily invest in their Engineers which sets them up for long careers within the company.

The role:

• Assisting senior HVAC engineers with projects
• Training and career development
• Installation, servicing and repairs of HVAC systems
• General building maintenance both electrical and mechanical (HVAC related)

The Person:

• Junior Electrical or Mechanical Engineer or similar with some hands-on experience
• Keen for career development and progression
• Previous experience with HVAC, building services or similar (Preferred)
