Our client is a long standing, well respected local estate agent with a successful existing branch that provides services across both Sales and lettings the area. They are looking to expand their sales team and are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join them
As Sales Negotiator What’s in it for you?
* £25,000 basic a strong uncapped commission structure – £32-35K OTE

Your Role as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator:
* Build relationships with clients, handling enquiries with confidence
* Book and conduct viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers
* Manage client records and feedback through our system
* Market new stock across multiple media platforms
* Negotiate and close deals, securing the best outcomes for clients
* Stay on top of admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly
What We’re Looking For from a Sales Negotiator:
* Previous experience in sales or property is a plus
* Strong communication &; people skills – build lasting relationships!
* A proactive, go-getter attitude – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Someone who is comfortable on the phone and happy to talk to both new and existing client bases
* Solid IT skills &; attention to detail
* A well-presented and professional approach
* Punctuality &; great organisational skills
