We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality Support Manager to join our growing team, supporting a portfolio of care homes for older people. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate professional who is committed to delivering outstanding standards of care and driving continuous improvement.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will play a key role in supporting Home Managers across multiple services. You'll be hands-on in ensuring compliance, quality, and best practice are consistently delivered across all homes.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, review, and implement person-centred care plans using PCS systems
* Conduct medication audits and ensure safe practices are maintained
* Carry out full home audits in line with regulatory and company standards
* Lead and support complaints handling and investigations
* Identify areas for improvement through a proactive "find and fix" approach
* Support and coach Home Managers to maintain high-quality care delivery
* Ensure homes are inspection-ready and continuously improving
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has proven experience in elderly care settings (residential or nursing)
* Has held a role as a Home Manager, Care Manager, Quality Manager, or is a highly experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up
* Demonstrates strong knowledge of care regulations and compliance standards
* Is confident in auditing, reporting, and driving improvement
* Has excellent communication and leadership skills
* Is flexible and willing to travel across the group's homes
