We are supporting a highly successful college in Oxfordshire seeking to appoint an Assistant Principal for SEND & Inclusion to join its senior leadership team from September 2026.

We're looking for a leader who:
* Has significant experience of leading SEND and inclusion within a school, college or educational setting
* Has a strong understanding of SEND legislation, EHCP processes and inclusive practice
* Is passionate about improving outcomes for learners with additional needs and removing barriers to achievement
* Can lead, motivate and develop high-performing support and pastoral teams
* Uses data and evidence effectively to drive improvement and evaluate impact
* Brings strategic vision, innovation and a commitment to creating an inclusive culture
* Can work collaboratively with staff, parents, external agencies and local authorities
* Is committed to ensuring every student receives the support, opportunities and aspirations they deserve
