Key Responsibilities
* Ownership: Completely owning the vision, strategy and implementation of your team's products and features from inception to production
* Technical leadership: Having technical discussions with engineers regarding requirements, system design, etc.
* Design leadership: Working closely with designers to define the user journey and create exceptional user experiences
* Stakeholder engagement: Engaging in requirements gathering sessions, producing professional documentation and communicating with senior external and internal stakeholders
* Customer advocacy: Being a customer champion who understands end-user problems, customer needs, competitive and market trends for your products
Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience working with a high-growth tech company in banking/finance-related business areas (core banking, payments etc.)
* Excellent problem-solving abilities
* Outstanding client-facing interpersonal skills in written and oral communication
* Proven experience with developing, launching and scaling products
* Demonstrated ability in managing senior stakeholders to establish clear roadmaps and deliver on them
* Ability to deliver under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment
