The Essentials:
* Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (£65,000 OTE)
* Contract: Full-time (40 hours/week), with overtime available
* Hours: Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, with two 10am–7pm shifts per week. Occasional weekends with time off in lieu

What your day will look like:
* Connecting with warm leads to understand what customers need
* Guiding them through the car finance process, from quote to completion
* Offering expert, friendly advice and support throughout
* Using our bespoke tech platform to manage and streamline each journey
* Closing deals and celebrating your wins
About You
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in sales and customer service
* A love for targets, performance, and hitting the top of the leaderboard
* Quick rapport-building skills and a customer-first mindset
* A high-energy, collaborative attitude
* Self-motivated and driven – but always a team player
* Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, rewarding environment
