Department overview: Defining and delivering a leading digital experience for AML across the global digital ecosystem, including but not limited to CRM, Website, App and connected services. Job Purpose: Responsible for executing a desired user experience, in adherence to the brand and design guidelines agreed within the business, across our digital channels. Utilization of insight and research to continuously test and optimize. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and user flows. Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces that enhance usability and engagement. Develop visually compelling layouts and design assets that align with brand guidelines. Use Figma (and related tools) to design, collaborate, and iterate quickly. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into elegant, functional designs. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions. Produce content that complements the visual design — including microcopy, UI text, and supporting documentation. Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.
