This is an exciting opportunity to join us as a Online Marketplaces Assistant as we continue our mission to empower women through fitness and beyond by supporting the journey Sweaty Betty is embarking on in providing an exceptional online service on our third party websites including Next, John Lewis and Selfridges. If you are someone who loves diving into the data and details and is truly passionate about our product, this role is for you. You will be pivotal in pushing boundaries to ensure we provide relevant and impactful products and content for each of our third-party websites, with your decisions driven from data led insights. You excel in a fast-paced environment and are a team player. The Online Marketplaces Assistant supports the day-to-day running and trading of the brand’s marketplace channels (e.g. Next, John Lewis, Selfridges, etc.). This role is responsible for managing the critical path of product enrichment and trading activity, ensuring smooth product launches, accurate data, and effective performance analysis. Responsibilities: Manage the critical path for all new product launches across marketplaces — ensuring enrichment is all provided on time to support launch. Support Online Marketplaces Manager on monitor daily and weekly marketplace trading performance, providing data-driven recommendations to optimise performance Owning the Sweaty Betty customer journey on Marketplaces, reviewing and optimising categorisation, product pages and brand shop to increase projection, and product performance. Ensure the brand is featured within marketplace partners’ marketing calendars, including seasonal campaigns, key promotional moments, and curated edits in line with the internal business strategy. Developing strong collaborative relationships internally and with Marketplace partners, ensuring alignment on trading, marketing, and ranging.
