The Opportunity: National Account Manager – Grocery & World Foods
This is a Brand Focused Growth Role, designed to build and balance the UK business across two key pillars:
Branded Expansion – World Foods
Work closely with European commercial partners and the UK marketing team to introduce and embed a premium World Foods portfolio. This is a fast-growing fixture full of untapped potential and the opportunity to build something from the ground up.
Core Responsibilities
✅ 20% Strategic Mapping & Business Development
Identify whitespace across accounts, categories and formats. Build and execute winning strategies.
✅ 60% Key Account Management
Manage and grow Grocery customer relationships with full ownership of trading and commercials.
✅ 20% Cross-functional Execution
Collaborate with NPD, marketing, supply and operations to bring Private Label and Brand plans to life.
This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability role. You’ll lead 2 Customers, shape the plan, and deliver results, setting the commercial foundations for a SNAM position.

Candidate Requirements
✔️ Grocery channel experience is essential – Branded background strongly preferred
✔️ World Foods exposure is a clear advantage
✔️ Strong account growth track record, not just steady-state management
✔️ Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and comfortable building from scratch
✔️ Equally strong in strategic planning and operational delivery
✔️ Comfortable owning delivery across commercial and cross-functional teams
