Employer Brand Creative Producer
The Opportunity
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Employer Brand Creative Producer to join this global talent acquisition and recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to flex their skills and support multiple teams when it comes to producing creative production to meet their employer brand and hiring campaigns from beginning to end.
You will work closely with their internal creative team, external agencies, and production partners, and play a key role in the project management and delivery of ad-hoc requests that come into the team.

The Role
* Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from receiving the brief to execution and delivery.
* Work with the team to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned to goals.
* Work on campaigns across both online and offline channels.
* Support the coordination of planned photo and video shoots.
* Work closely and build relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.
* Liaise with external agencies to manage creative requests and delivery of final assets.
* Help ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and campaign requirements.
* Manage the uploading and tagging of assets in the Digital Asset Management system.
* Support the wider creative team by keeping project files organised and accessible.
The Person
* 2-3 years' experience in project coordination, production, and/or creative operations.
* A positive working attitude, with a real willingness and super keen A GO GETTER
* Ideally from a recruitment, talent acquisition or employer branding background.
* Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, )
* Familiarity with asset management systems.
* Experience supporting shoots and working across creative production processes.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage timelines and working with multiple stakeholders.
* Willingness to travel for international shoots.
The Details
* Start date: ASAP
* Duration: 3 months, with high chance of extension
* Pay Rate: £175-£200 per day (via PAYE)
* Working Location: 3 days in office (central London) / 2 days at home
* Travel: Occasional International travel for production shoots
