Security Vetting Requirement: Applicants must hold or be capable of obtaining UK Security Vetting, which may require residing in the UK for the past 5 years and UK or dual UK citizenship. Applications may be declined if these requirements are not met.

Responsibilities:
1. Deliver technology-enabled outcomes for clients using modern engineering methodologies.
2. Model, mentor, and advocate for agile principles within the engineering team.
3. Collaborate with product managers to analyze requirements and translate them into tickets.
4. Take technical responsibility for solutions.
5. Oversee and support development activities of team members and contractors.
6. Mentor junior team members.
Qualifications:
* Capable of obtaining UK Security Vetting, including residency requirements.
* Expert in C#, .Net, with full-stack experience.
* Experience leading engineering teams building distributed, secure systems at scale.
* Strong understanding of design practices, architecture, and code reviews.
* Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
* Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices.
* Experience with CI/CD tools (Github Actions, CircleCI).
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Knowledge of database systems.
* Familiarity with open-source technologies.
* Experience with logging and monitoring tools (DataDog, StackDriver, Prometheus).
* Knowledge of test automation frameworks.
