Position Shifts: These positions will primarily be 2nd and 3rd shifts. There may be an option to do some 1st shifts when the facility is fully staffed.
Summary:
The Maintenance Technician - PBH role ensures a safe and secure environment in compliance with all Federal and State regulations. The responsibilities include inspecting and reporting equipment failures, security breaches, and environmental issues; performing preventative maintenance and minor repairs; housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned; and completing specific carpentry projects to maintain and enhance the campus.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
1. Education: Vocational education preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: One year of experience in carpentry and/or building trades related to rough or finish carpentry preferred.
