We’re working with a well-run, inclusive secondary school looking for a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor / Unqualified Teacher to support lessons when teachers are absent.
This role suits graduates, aspiring teachers, or unqualified educators who want hands-on classroom experience in a school that values consistency, behaviour standards, and staff support.
The role
1. Supervising pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
2. Maintaining a calm, focused learning environment
3. Supporting students aged 11–16 to stay engaged and on task
4. Following clear behaviour and safeguarding policies already in place
You won’t be expected to plan lessons or mark work. The focus is on delivery, structure, and positive classroom presence.
