Prison Support Role at HMP Leyhill – Part Time, 18.5 hours per week. Salary up to £23,226 (including allowances and unsocial hours) plus excellent benefits.

Your Role
Prisons operate 24/7, requiring shift work including nights and weekends. Your contact with prisoners will vary, with training provided to handle all situations.
Initial two-week paid training covers prison security and safety, followed by local training including personal protection safety.
Your duties will include:
* Welcoming visitors and supervising visits
* Processing documentation and managing property
* Supervising prisoner movements
* Patrol and gate duties
* Monitoring CCTV and phone calls
* Security checks, searches, and contraband reporting
