Morrow Communications is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Communications Manager to join our award‑winning PR and Communications team. We are particularly interested in someone who is experienced and comfortable in advising clients on their corporate and stakeholder communications.
As Communications Manager (CM), you will be an empowered communications professional, providing strategic communications advice to clients across the public and private sectors, considering current news, political and business agendas. In this integrated communications consultancy, the role combines media relations, stakeholder relations, public affairs, digital communications, social media, crisis and issues management, copywriting and internal communications.
What to expect
The successful applicant will play a key client management role, bringing energy, creativity, and experience to a number of our core clients and the Morrows team as a whole. We offer a competitive starting salary between £30,000 – £35,000 p.a. (dependent on experience), with opportunities for growth and a first‑class employee engagement experience through our ‘Belong’ programme.
Specific experience required for the role
* Minimum four years of relevant PR / communications experience working with clients/organisations in the private and/or public/third sector, including devising and delivering communication strategies and managing associated budgets.
* Holder of a third level qualification (preferably in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Politics or Business).
* Solid experience of delivering media and stakeholder relations strategies in a corporate setting and advising clients in all circumstances.
* Proven experience in social media management and/or a recognised digital marketing qualification would be an advantage.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent results within a communications/marketing environment, working as part of a team and helping develop junior colleagues.

* Ready to jump head‑first into the role, working on major PR/communications accounts across public sector, agri‑food, energy, sustainability, finance, retail, IT, manufacturing and hospitality/leisure.
