Financial Services Administrator – Horsham, Office-based
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
My client is seeking an experienced and proactive Financial Services Administrator to join our friendly and professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a supportive, relaxed environment and is looking to grow within a well-established financial services firm.
Responsibilities
* Provide efficient administrative support to Financial Advisers, assisting with new business processing and ongoing client servicing.
* Maintain and update client records in our internal database.
* Prepare client documentation including review packs (via Dynamic Planner), illustrations, and valuations.
* Process new business applications, fund switches, income payments, and withdrawals.
* Liaise with product providers to track progress and keep clients informed.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in the Financial Services industry is essential.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
* A team-oriented mindset with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* High levels of integrity and professionalism.
* Experience with Dynamic Planner is highly desirable.
What We Offer
* Full-time; Permanent
* Salary - £30,000 - £35,000
* 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing annually to 25 days with service.
