Prime Life are on the lookout for a talented and passionate individual to lead and manage our residential care home in Norfolk. This role requires registration with CQC.
This role is based at Brackendale House, a 14-bed all single-room residential care home for clients with mental health needs requiring dignified support. Candidates should be patient, understanding, and respectful of residents’ individual abilities.

Responsibilities of our Home Manager:
* Leading, managing, and supporting your team to ensure high-quality care and service.
* Reviewing care plans regularly and conducting continuous assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of residents’ care.
* Managing all financial aspects of the home, including budgets.
* Preserving and promoting residents’ dignity and independence.
* Encouraging residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life.
* Engaging residents in discussions about their daily living arrangements.
What we’re looking for in our Home Manager:
You should have a caring nature and a desire to make a difference. Prior experience in a similar role, a relevant Health and Social Care qualification at Management Level 5, and experience liaising with Local Authorities, CQC, and other agencies are highly desirable.
