Job Description
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements
* Schedule will vary weekly, with at least 12-16 hours per week expected.
* Availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays is required.
* Hours may increase during peak periods to support business needs.
Qualifications
* Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred
* Retail Experience: At least 1 year preferred
* Supervisor/Managerial Experience: Not required
