This is a role for somebody willing to be the face of pre-construction for a business specialising in high complexity builds – namely, purpose-built logistics hubs, mission-critical data-centres and cutting edge life-sciences facilities. These are not just routine projects – they are the kind of schemes demanding vision, speed, precision and an appetite for winning.
Our client is a UK based technical construction partner operating out of North West London, with a reputation of delivering excellence as standard. They are actively in pursuit of a Senior Leader to own the UK Pre-Construction portfolio in logistics, data centres and life sciences, and take it to the next level.
